No. Every GC Design Decor installation is a fully leased package, so you buy nothing, own nothing and store nothing. We design it with you, install it, care for it all season, then take it all down and store it off site. Most clients simply want it done, and that is exactly what we do.

Yes. Leasing the full package is our standard, and for clients who would like to own a particular piece, curation is available. Mention it during your design consultation and we will guide you.

Yes. We can install pieces from your own collection and blend them thoughtfully with ours. Our trees, garland and decor are commercial grade, so most clients find that leasing the full package is the simpler, more cost effective choice.

Yes. Tall trees from 12 to 16 feet for foyers, great rooms and stair halls are our specialty. We bring the equipment, lighting and ornaments and finish the tree in one visit.

Yes. Many clients have trees in the entry, family room, dining room and bedrooms, and we design them as one cohesive look with a personality for each room.

Yes. Every package starts with a design consultation, and we offer traditional, modern, coastal, neutral and fully custom themes.

Yes. We are happy to weave meaningful ornaments of your own into the design.

Yes. We light rooflines, entries, porches, motor courts, gates and trees with commercial grade lights, and we maintain them through the season.

Commercial grade lights are about three times brighter than standard store bought strands, use sturdier wiring and hold their color, so the home reads clean and even from the street.

Yes. We wrap the trunks and canopies of olive trees, palms, oaks and hedges, one of the most striking ways to light a large property.

Yes. We use outdoor rated lighting and secure clips chosen for coastal conditions, and if anything shifts or dims during the season we come back to fix it.

A pumpkin drop is a designer fall display for your entry. We deliver pumpkins, gourds and autumn florals, style them on site and haul everything away when the season ends.

Book 8 weeks or more ahead. Commercial installs are often scheduled for early November so properties are ready before Thanksgiving.

A 50% deposit reserves your date.

Most homes are finished in a single day. Larger estates with several trees and full exterior lighting may take two.

We come back and make it right. Every leased package includes on call maintenance, so if anything shifts, goes dark or needs a refresh, our team returns at no additional charge.

Yes. At the end of the season we return, take everything down, pack it with care and store it off site, so you never store a single box.

Yes. We can finish the install before you arrive and take it down after you leave, working with your house manager or property manager while you are away.

Yes. We sign NDAs on request, keep crews small and consistent, and never photograph or share a home without written permission.
